【シングルインモールド成形】
あらかじめ意匠（デザイン）が印刷されたフィルム（インモールド箔）を金型に挟み込み、
射出成形の熱と圧力により、成形と同時に意匠を転写する工法です。
シートによる賦形と、シングルインモールドの組み合わせ
パターン凹凸シートを表側にインサートし、裏面は蒸着のインモールド箔を入れ、光拡散材で成形行いました。
表側のシートは、成形後剥離することにより、成形品の最表面にパターンの凹凸が転写されます。
金型に彫刻を施さなくても、シートを入れ替えるだけで様々なパターンの表現が可能です。

【Single-sided In-mold Decoration】
In this process, a film pre-printed with the design (In-mold foil) is inserted into the mold, and the heat and pressure generated during injection molding transfer the design onto the component simultaneously with molding.
A Combination of Sheet Forming and Single-sided In-mold Decoration
By inserting a Three-Dimensionally Designed Sheet on the front side and applying in-mold molding with vapor deposition on the back side, the Three-Dimensional Design Texture is transferred to the surface of the molded part after the sheet is removed.
This allows for flexible pattern variations simply by replacing the sheet, without additional mold engraving.
