【シングルインモールド成形】
あらかじめ意匠（デザイン）が印刷されたフィルム（インモールド箔）を金型に挟み込み、
射出成形の熱と圧力により、成形と同時に意匠を転写する工法です。
インナー立体UVインモールド カーボン大
表側のインモールド箔のみで、実際のカーボンを編み込んだような立体感を表現しました。
UVインキで表現する凹凸と、輝度のある印刷、蒸着とを組み合わせることで、
微細な凹凸を、繊細に、立体的に表現することができます。

【Single-sided In-mold Decoration】
In this process, a film pre-printed with the design (In-mold foil) is inserted into the mold, and the heat and pressure generated during injection molding transfer the design onto the component simultaneously with molding.
3D UV In-mold Decoration, carbon design large
We created a three-dimensional look as if real carbon fibers were woven, using only the front-side In-mold foil.
By combining UV-ink-generated textures with high-luminance printing and metallization, we can reproduce fine surface irregularities with delicate yet dimensional expression.
