【マーブル成形】
表面が滑らかではなく、ザラザラとした縮んだ模様の塗装。
特殊アンダー層に熱をかける事で塗料が縮み、独特な微細模様が形成されます。
さらに蒸着にて金属感を出し、その上からトップコートで色を付けることで微細な模様がある金属のような
外観が得られます。
「NAGORI」を用いたマーブル成形品 オレンジ×白+ピンク
オレンジのベース材料に、白+ピンクのマスターバッジにて成形実施しました。
NAGORIは、三井化学が作る、海水のミネラルから生まれたサステナブル複合材料です。
特徴として、陶器のような質感で、海水ミネラルに由来する、抗菌性・抗ウイルス性を有しています。

【Marble molding】
This molding technology leverages differences in melting points to create irregular patterns using multiple differently colored materials.
The process was applied using “NAGORI,” a new composite material derived from minerals from seawater.
Marble-molded product using “NAGORI” (Orange × White and Pink)
The molding was carried out using a orange base material with a white and pink masterbatch.
NAGORI is a sustainable composite material developed by Mitsui Chemicals from seawater-derived minerals.
It has a ceramic-like texture and provides antibacterial and antiviral properties inherent to these minerals.
