【インサート成形】
リアルな素材を金型にインサートし、
射出成形の熱と圧力により、素材と成形樹脂を一体化する工法です。
素材の触感を最大限残すために、成形前の素材の裏面には、特殊加工を施しました。
テキスタイル(偏光ラメ 紫ピンク)
テキスタイルを、触感、見た目を変えることなく
インサート成形しました。成形樹脂は、植物由来のイソソルバイド（イソソルビド）が主原料の
バイオエンジニアリングプラスチック：DURABIO™（デュラビオ™）を使用しました。

【Insert Molding】
This manufacturing method inserts a realistic material into the mold and seamlessly integrates it with the molded resin using the heat and pressure of injection molding.
By applying a special treatment to the back side of the material prior to molding, the natural look and tactile feel of the material are preserved to the fullest extent.
Textile (Dichroic Glitter – Purple/Pink)
Textile fabric with dichroic purple–pink glitter is insert-molded while preserving its original texture and appearance.
The molding resin used is DURABIO™, a bio-engineering plastic primarily derived from plant-based isosorbide, delivering both sustainability and high performance.
