【インクジェット印刷+塗装】
成形樹脂や、樹脂板、また、金属などへ、直接インクジェット印刷を行うことで、
イベントの企画品や、コラボ商品など、小Lotでの量産対応も可能です。
蒸着箔を使用したインモールド成形品と組み合わせることで、輝度感のあるデザインも表現できます。
インクジェット後にマット、光沢などの塗装を行うことで、印刷部の剥がれを極力抑えることが可能です。
インモールド+インクジェット厚盛印刷+塗装
インモールド成形品を準備し、その上にインクジェットの厚盛り印刷を行いました。
インクジェット印刷を重ねて厚く塗り凹凸を作ることで、立体的な表現ができます。
最表層には、マット塗装を施しました。これにより、印刷部がはがれにくくなり、
表面の擦傷性も上がります。

【Inkjet Printing + Coating】
By performing direct inkjet printing onto molded resins, resin sheets, or even metal surfaces, we can support small-lot mass production for event-specific items and collaborative products.
When combined with in-mold molded parts using vapor-deposited foils, designs with a high-luminance, premium appearance can also be achieved.
Additionally, applying matte or gloss coatings after inkjet printing helps to minimize peeling of the printed areas and improves durability
In-Mold Decoration + Thick-Layer Inkjet Printing + Coating
We prepared an in-mold molded part and applied thick-layer inkjet printing on top of it.
By building up multiple inkjet layers to create thickness and surface relief, a three-dimensional effect can be achieved.
A matte coating was then applied to the outermost layer, which makes the printed areas less prone to peeling and enhances surface scratch resistance.
