【ダブルインモールド成形】
あらかじめ意匠（デザイン）が印刷されたフィルム（インモールド箔）を金型の両側に挟み込み、
射出成形の熱と圧力により、成形と同時に意匠を転写する工法です。
表側と裏側に異なる加飾のインモールド箔を入れることで、成形樹脂の肉厚を通し、奥行きや深みを表現できます。
アウター立体UV+印刷 インモールド
表層に、何層にも重なった微細な凹凸層があり、角度によって見え方が変わるような
立体的な表現ができます。
その微細な凹凸部に、位置を合わせてカラー印刷を行った箔を表面に。
裏面には蒸着箔を入れ、インモールド成形しました。

【Double-sided In-mold Decoration】
In this process, a film pre-printed with the design (In-mold foil) is inserted into the mold, and the heat and pressure generated during injection molding transfer the design onto the component simultaneously with molding.
By using in-mold foils with different decorations on the front and back sides, the thickness of the molded resin can be utilized to create a sense of depth and dimensionality.
Outer 3D UV Pattern + Color Printing In-Mold
The surface layer features multiple layers of fine, uneven textures. This creates a three-dimensional effect where the appearance changes depending on the viewing angle.
A foil with color printing was applied to the surface, precisely aligned with these fine textured areas.
A vapor-deposited foil is molded into the in-mold process on the back.
