【ダブルインモールド成形】
あらかじめ意匠（デザイン）が印刷されたフィルム（インモールド箔）を金型の両側に挟み込み、
射出成形の熱と圧力により、成形と同時に意匠を転写する工法です。
表側と裏側に異なる加飾のインモールド箔を入れることで、成形樹脂の肉厚を通し、奥行きや深みを表現できます。
「CDプラ」を用いたグラデーションインモールド 赤×緑色
サステナブルプラスチックス資材「CDプラ」を成形材料に用いて、ダブルインモールド成形を行いました。
表側に赤色のグラデーション、裏側には反対側から緑色のグラデーションを掛け合わせました。
表と裏のグラデーションの色を分けることで、色が交わる部分を自然に、美しく表現することができます。

【Double-sided In-mold Decoration】
In this process, a film pre-printed with the design (In-mold foil) is inserted into the mold, and the heat and pressure generated during injection molding transfer the design onto the component simultaneously with molding.
By using in-mold foils with different decorations on the front and back sides, the thickness of the molded resin can be utilized to create a sense of depth and dimensionality.
Gradient in-mold decoration using ‘CDプラ’ (red × green)
We used ‘CDプラ,’ a sustainable plastic material, as the molding resin in a Double-sided In-mold process.
The front side features a red gradient, while the back side has a green gradient applied from the opposite direction.
By using different gradient colors on each side, the merging area of the colors can be rendered smoothly and attractively.
