【ダブルインモールド成形】
あらかじめ意匠（デザイン）が印刷されたフィルム（インモールド箔）を金型の両側に挟み込み、
射出成形の熱と圧力により、成形と同時に意匠を転写する工法です。
表側と裏側に異なる加飾のインモールド箔を入れることで、成形樹脂の肉厚を通し、奥行きや深みを表現できます。
グラデーションインモールド 赤×デザイン箔
表側に赤色のグラデーション、裏側には透明インキでデザインを印刷した蒸着箔を組み合わせました。
射出成形することで、印刷したデザインを立体的に、より際立たせることができます。
インモールド箔のみで凹凸感を表現可能なため、金型はプレーンのまま、彫刻のようなデザインを表現することができます。

【Double-sided In-mold Decoration】
In this process, a film pre-printed with the design (In-mold foil) is inserted into the mold, and the heat and pressure generated during injection molding transfer the design onto the component simultaneously with molding.
By using in-mold foils with different decorations on the front and back sides, the thickness of the molded resin can be utilized to create a sense of depth and dimensionality.
Gradient In-Mold Decoration: Red × 3D Texture
We combined a red gradient on the front surface with a 3D texture printed in transparent ink on a metallized back.
Through injection molding, the 3D texture can be given a more pronounced, three-dimensional appearance.
Because the in-mold foil alone can create a textured, relief-like effect, the mold can remain plain while still allowing sculpted texture expressions.
